If you want to see an exceptional punishment to tears of a beautiful young lady set in the formal surroundings of a Reform style institute then this would be pretty much what you’d expect to see. This is a cruel and unusual punishment, she is made to wait outside Dean Masterson’s office while he tends to his chores until he feels the next part of her punishment can proceed and tells her to walk downstairs (the camera follows).
